What is Sparrow & Stripes?

Sparrow & Stripes is a Christian apparel brand that blends faith, Americana, and humor. We design shirts and hoodies for people who love God, love their country, and can take a joke. Every design is created in the USA with a Reformed, grace-first heart and a soft spot for cats.

Is this print on demand? Are you a dropshipping store?

Yes, and we would rather just tell you than dress it up. Every item is printed to order through our trusted production partner when you buy it, instead of sitting in a warehouse. We are a small, bootstrapped shop, and printing to order keeps us lean and keeps unsold shirts out of a landfill while we grow. Every order moves us one step closer to producing our own line in-house.

Will you ever make your own products?

That is the plan. Today we create the artwork and print through a vetted partner so we can keep prices fair and waste low. As we grow, we intend to bring more of it in-house and put our name on the garments too. First we build, then we expand.

Are your designs American made and American designed?

Every Sparrow & Stripes design is created in the United States by our own team. American designed, always. Garments are printed to order and shipped to your door.

Is Sparrow & Stripes veteran owned and women owned?

Yes. Sparrow & Stripes is proudly veteran owned and women owned. Faith, family, and service are not marketing lines for us, they are the people behind the brand.

Are your designs original?

Yes. Every design is original artwork created by us.

Do you actually love God, or is faith just a theme?

We actually love God. This is not a trend we are renting for the season. Sparrow & Stripes exists because we believe the gospel is true, and we think faith can be worn with joy, a straight spine, and a sense of humor.

Are you Reformed?

Yes, we are Reformed. We hold to salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, and we take the sovereignty of God seriously. Our cats do not, but that is on them. If "chosen before the foundation of the world" preaches to you, you are among friends.

Your designs are funny. Do you take your faith seriously?

Completely. We think you can be theologically sound and still laugh at yourself. Scripture is serious. We are not always. Humor is one of the ways we love people and open the door to a real conversation about Jesus.

What shirts and hoodies do you print on?

We print on well-made blanks like Bella+Canvas cotton and soft tri-blends, chosen for softness, fit, and durability. They are the same quality garments you find under premium labels, just with better art.

What sizes do you carry? Do you offer plus sizes?

Most designs run from S to 3XL in comfortable, mostly unisex fits. Plus sizes are not an afterthought here, and they are not punished with a higher price.

Why does every size cost the same?

Because charging more for a 3XL than a small always felt wrong to us. Every size of a design is one flat price, small through 3XL. Same shirt, same art, same price.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because each item is printed just for you, it takes a little longer than warehouse shipping. Expect a few business days for your order to be made, plus standard shipping time. Current estimates are always shown at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Here is the honest version. Because every item is printed to order, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges. If your order arrives defective, misprinted, or wrong, we make it right, no fuss. If it simply does not fit, we will refund you, but a different size means placing a new order, since a made-to-order item cannot be restocked. So please check the size chart on each product before you buy. Grace is free. Reprints, sadly, are not.

How do I care for my shirt so it lasts?

Wash cold and inside out, tumble dry low or hang to dry, and skip the bleach and ironing directly on the print. Treat it kindly and the art holds up wash after wash.

Do Sparrow & Stripes designs make good gifts?

We like to think so. Our faith, Americana, cat, and mom designs are easy gifts for the believer, patriot, cat person, or tired-but-faithful friend in your life, for birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas, or just because.
